This tree fell yesterday around 10 am one minute after I got inside after standing in the very spot it fell. When it came down my first though was "Holy **** I would be a dead man", the second thought was, "Damn I am a lucky man", the third thought was, "Sweet boatbuilding wood!" I will be working with Eric Michaels to turn this beautiful tree into some nice boards and knees for boatbuilding. Can't wait.

So this is a good thing, to have trees fall near you. Wow we are a crazy lot aren't we!!!

Really though congrats and I am glad that you moved. The picture is a bit small, did it crush anything valuable or just the wife's flowers?
