I wonder if city housing ordances should apply to boats...off-sets to keep fire from spreading...that's take the $ out of marinas!

I stayed at the South Shore Resort Hotel (at the marina) on March 7th and 8th.:eek::eek: Only one wooden boat to be found among a sea of glass.
