Advice required please!
We are shortly to begin re-covering Rocquette's double laminated ply decks with dynel/epoxy. When built, the ply decks had no sheer plank, and the bulwarks are built up over them. Three not-so-useful pictures of Rocquette to give you the idea (ish)!

We have lifted off the bulwarks and are making repairs to the deck surface (including along the sheer where the end-grain of the ply was more than a bit dodgy!). 2 questions:
1) Where the dynel runs over the deck edge, how would you finish it? Down on the hull a centimetre or so, or trim flush with the sheer line? The bulwarks are going on top for around 2/3 of the hull length.
2) Around the hatches, coamings and doghouse - my plan was to run the dynel up a bit under a centimetre, and finish on the vertical service. Alternative is to but the dynel along the edge of the hatches, coaming and doghouse.
Thoughts and advice?
Cheers
Andrew
