This one is really cool!

Nice!!
How fast does she go?
Yowza! What's her power? This is the boat that used to live in a race car shop, yes?

WOW!!!!!!
I love the curly maple deck. The picture of the hull in the garage with the sports cars is a nice touch too
:D
Hi all,
Thanks for all the kind remarks.
In answer to some of the questions, yes I did the bulk of the work at our race shop facility here at Road Atlanta, she is powerd by a 350 chevy, and no top speed yet.
Im still just sorting out little problems right now, but she handles realy well.

She's a beauty H! Well Done!
Wayne, I take exception to being called an "old coot". Do it again and I'll sic my grandkids on ya. Oh, and thanks for resizing the pics.

H_
fabulous job! Interesting placement on the exhaust. Would really like to see some more details!
Be neat to have them side by side somewhere- I'll be up in Newport RI for a while, but maybe Mt Dora next spring will work out.
I noticed you did not put the spray rails on; they seem to really help keeping water down out of the cockpit at speed- might save from having to building the rest of the cockpit cowling...
Get your engine issues ironed out?
I've been trying to come up with some sort of canopy- wish I had one like Elizabeth II on the cover of the ACBS dirctory!
Outstanding looking boat- I know you have to be terribly proud! Capital job!
