rudder rebuild - how do you post pix?

I've bought a couple of really nice sheets of marine ply from Noahs and I'm about to shape them onto the stock. I could really use some advise at this stage. What's the best way to post images?

Open an account at Imagestation or one of the other digital imaging websites, copy the photo's url (from imagestation, by selecting the photo you want to post and clicking on 'Properties) and paste into this forum post by clicking the 'IMAGE' icon. More or less.
