Anybody have a picture of a boat painted with Interlux Brightsides Hatteras Off White (either the "new" color or 1990 version)?
See color card for product number: http://www.yachtpaint.com/USA/general/colorcard_topsides.asp

I have two boats whose cabin tops are in exactly that paint.

Besides the color looking nice it stays cool in the sunlight but isn't blindingly white.
You must be thinking about painting a boat. Do you have any pictures?

I recollect that it was distinctly off-white. This looks whiter than I remember.

Beautiful picture though.
May use it for wallpaper, I've had the St Kitts 12 meter for a couple of weeks.

Thanks friends...I'm thinking that the off white will soften the glare of a brilliant white boat, and look classic.
This is my boat before I stripped off the old paint...

I don't think any of the above pix do the color justice. It's a distinctly ivory off-white. Very much a 'classic' color. Your best bet is the INterlux color card.

The painter that will be helping me paint the boat when the time comes is suggesting Blue-Glo White. Has anyone seen this tint?
The transom will be a dark red stain and varnish.
Here is the port hull of Sea Lark a Hartley TS18 painted in Brightsides "Blue-Glo White"

I painted the mast on Fortitudine blue-glo white. I liked it, but I very much prefer the colder whites over the warmer whites.

Here is the lighter of the 2 I-lux Hatteras off whites which in case you can't find the lighter in a local marine store,it can be had by adding 50-60% Brightsides white to it. This is before the non skid and I will agree about the less glare over stock whites.

And here you can see it against stock white trim for contrast's sake

And one more against blue.

No. The color swatches online are not even close to accurate. I ordered largo blue thinking I was getting a light teal hinted blue but in fact, Largo Blue is quite a bit closer to a royal blue and much darker. That blue on my boat is about 80% hatteras off white(the lighter of the 2) and 20% largo blue.It ended up not the color I originally hoped for but one I really like now. I picked the color from a color chart that Warren(WildWassa) had posted a picture of which IIRC is a corellean (sp?)blue that he showed. Gotta like a painter that has his own custom color charts.I just blended until I got close to that.I was thinking that the yellowish hue of the hatteras off white might give me the hint of green I originally wanted but it ended up good enough. I figured I could always add a drop or 2 of the green bootstripe brightsides to get the tint but now I am happy with what I have and it's an easy formula to remember. Here's a good pic of the color with more even, outdoor lighting
