I have about 20 wooden blocks on my ketch that are in various stages of deterioration. Some have cracked cheek blocks, some have the sheaves frozen.
All of them need to be dissasembled, repaired, put back together and refinished.

I am up to my lips in other parts of the boat and feel this would be a peerfect job for someone who specializes in repair.

Does anyone out there do this for a living? Do you know of anyone who could repair them for a resanable price.

You may want to check out New England Traditional Boat,LLC. They specialize in wooden blocks, they may offer a repair service for your blocks. Check them out at www.traditionalboat.com (http://www.traditionalboat.com)
If they don't repair, they make a beautiful looking wooden blocks with modern sheaves. Hope this helps.
