Launched today. 'Sharpie' has posted my album link on designs/plans. Unfortunately, after reading dozens of posts on how to post pictures, I am none the wiser.

On posting pictures: You've done the hard part by uploading the pictures, and you've done the right move by opening the images in their own window. All I did was open the image, Copy the address,
Then add paste address here

It's the simplest way I know.

Beautiful boat by the way. Great scenery on the first picture.

Lovely, ByronB. Congratulations. Trying to work out the launch site. Is that the Glasshouse Mountains in the background?

More pictures please

This boat is another testament to the art in some of Phil Bolgers designs. She's a testament to the builder as well. Well done on both ends.

Any more photos? I'd like to see some planking pics as the lining off looks great. Did Bolger lay out the planks?

Thanks,

Russ

I'm guessing Pumicestone passage, I can see Mt Tibrogargan in the background.

What a beautiful hull shape, nice job on the lining off.

I think both you and Mr. Bolger would get a smile and a nod of approval from NG Herreshoff on this one. Beautiful job! Beautiful boat!

Thanks Gents, sorry this is posted on both building/repair and plans etc.
Vernon and Russ, she is 15' 4" long by 7'0" beam. Here is the link to the building album.

hope that works.

Quidproquo, you guessed correctly, she was launched at Toorbul on the Pumicestone passage.

Sorry Russ, I didn't address your question. The planking layout is the work of the builder. If it looks ok, it's probably good enough. Another tip I picked up off the forum over the years.

Nice work. I admire your fortitude in making all of your own hardware.

Congratulations Mate. A top looking boat and a good selection of paint Skipper. Your album was first class.

I'm an Aquacote 2 pack user. When I was looking at your Image Station album I noticed that you wrote "... not as good as it looks ..." in reference to the paint. Aquacote gains greatly from being cut and polished. I cut and polish the paint on every boat that I paint using Farecla's 'G3 Advanced Liquid Cutting Compound' ... to produce the working surface needed.

Aquacote isn't easy to use as you mentioned, but it certainly cuts and polishes well. I also use Debeers Berocryl and Imron, they are also top of the range paints for racing surfaces ... but Aquacote is in a class above them both when it comes to longevity, on a dry sailed boat.

Warren.
