I'm planning on being there, so if anyone else wants to join us,
please call Lynn DeLapp 530 756 9359.

I'm assuming that we'll be launching from Wimpy's ramp, not sure of
the time yet. Weather should be wonderful!

Talked to Lynne yesterday -

Starting off from Wimpy's Marina at 10am, bring picnic lunch, probably returning around 4pm, the usual beer and/or burgers afterwards...

Hey Thorne, Sounds great. havn't gotten those oarlocks on yet as I'm laying floor in the old part of the house. Thanks for reminding me to send in my membership to TSCA. Oh and, then there is that nagging trailer issue... John

You don't have to be a member to come out and play -- plus I can always use another galley slave, having plenty of both oars and oarlocks...

Sounds like fun. Take lots of pics. I'll be in Woodside at the horse park watching my daughter get her 'C' rating in Pony Club. John

We had lovely weather, but no wind for the trip back, worse luck! Most of us rowed, with two boats motoring the distance of aprox 6 miles round trip.

We had our potluck lunch on a handy dock at a fishing cabin, making sure to leave everything cleaner than we found it.

Another Dave in another dory made the mistake of following me down one arm of Lost Slough -- where we got predictably lost and ended up rowing a few more miles back to the main channel. We put up our sails but couldn't get the wind to cooperate...

The route from Wimpy's Marina to the cabin in red...my wanderings in Lost Slough in yellow - DOH!
