Detroit Grand Prix coming back to Belle Isle Detroit (Indy & ALMS)

ALMS makes sense, since GM headquarters is right there.
I've worked/attended/crewed races there.
It really helps the city out IMHO.
Now if they would just allow people to park on the island...

Many years ago when I was in high school I participated in a 24 hour race there.
Sure was nice on a bicycle.
I expect the cars will make more noise. And parking will be a problem.
