Need good working marina in Potamac/Chesapeake bay VA Area

I am looking for a good working marina on the potomac river or chesapeake bay (virgina side) Northern neck seems like the best area in relation to my northern VA location.

I have heard that Krentz Marine is good.

I am finishing my Woods Catamaran an need a yard to store the boat to finish the work. I need to be able to do some work myself and have some work done by the yard.
Once it is complete hopefully berth it there as well.

Can anyone make some recommendations ?

I used to keep my boat (one of them) at Port Kinsale and there were always a few folk working on their boats - bottom painting, keel repair, that sort of thing.
I think they're under new management so that may have changed, but it's worth a try.
The Yeocomico is a nice sailing location btw. That's especially so for a shallow draft boat. Access to the lower Potomac is easy and from there the Chesapeake.

Edited: Kinsale should be a bit closer for you than Krentz in Callao.

Oh, and there's one other attraction for you in Kinsale. Just before the turn-off to Kinsale there's a non-descript resturant called Good Eats. I think it's in a converted gas station. Don't be fooled by appearances. The food is really good. My sister-in-law regularly eats in Washington's fanciest resturants - it's one of the few perks of her otherwise miserable job - and she tells me she's never had a better meal in any of them. :)

only for about an hour and 15 minutes of the ride... just kiddin'. it is a helluva ride. stop go stop go... cops everywhere.
