Here is the last one. "Blue Moon" is my version of Karl Stambaugh's "Windward 15". She is built "screw & glue": plywood over sawn frames, sheathed with dynel. Transom & trim are cherry. The mast (as are the masts on "Dovetail" & "Surprise") built using the 'bird's mouth' technique. I planed the mast on 9/11/01. We launched her in October, '01. Blue Moon is the sailboat I use the most. I have sailed her in SC, the Chesapeake Bay, Keuka Lake in NY, Lake Erie and in Rockport Harbor in Maine (my only capsize). My wife & I had her out today. hmmm... I have some catching up to do! That's quite a fleet.
I gotta love the name boards on the transom. Very nice.

I love that interior. Very boaty, neat as a pin.

And a wooden bilge pump that empties into the centerboard trunk?

Rick,

Nice to see someone else's Windward 15. I just launched Williwaw on Sunday (photos later).

Is that really a toerail?
Any pictures as to how you've rigged your snotter? outhaul? thumbcleat on the mast?
I put in risers for side seats but did not install seats. Thought it would take up too much space. Are you happy with those seats, rather than just sitting on the bottom?
Did you hinge the center of the sternsheets to gain access to that space? I did not but think it would be a good thing to do.
Ever tuck in a reef?
Leather on the mast or on the mast partner? sprit?

One of my Charlottes is blue (Bikini Blue) so appreciate you spare vessel.
