That's one of Joe's White's Fox Island Class sloops. Very nice boat. You can get plans from WB.

I like Joel White's [Sakonnet 23] 23' Centerboard Sloop (http://www.woodenboatstore.com/prodinfo.asp?number=400-128). But I think if I built her, I'd build her with the transom stern instead of the canoe stern. Simpler to build, I think. Looks nicer, too, though YMMV.
