I had to get through the embarrasing situation when the tattooist, who has tattooed more sailors than I have probably ever seen (oldest Hamburg Tattoo shop) laughed out loud and told me that the anchor belongs on the forearm, because "you wouldn't hang the anchor in the mast, would you son?"

OK full disclosure we got spray on tats at the local water park yesterday :D

But I have been toying with the idea of a B&W scrimshaw type tattoo in the same place of a line drawing of Tidbit
