Ok, so all is going well, but I have decided to move back the launching date by a couple of days. I have completely wooded the topsides, fixed all the bad scarf’s, filled all the holes (I'm good with compound putty... http://media5.hypernet.com/~dick/ubb/smile.gif ) and getting ready to paint this baby. I purchased two gallons of Kirby's finest #24 Red. After I sanded off all the old paint and mildew she is a real looker. Finally getting the bottom painted, cottoned, and seam compounded made her look a thousand times better.
Still to do is rebuild the cockpit (simple for the time being with plywood) redo the wiring, get the interior put back together (its in good shape) and a few other minor things like getting all the rigging straightened out http://media5.hypernet.com/~dick/ubb/smile.gif
Basically one week to go on major stuff, and a few days for the details. I still really hope that she will hold water.
