Mass confussion, but it was nice for once to be one that wasn't responsible for every other joe out there. All I had to worry about was my section.

Property Book Officer (PBO) that is me and I have a 5 man section in Chattanooga. There is a CW-3 and another SFC across the state with the books. Don't know why the books are over there when I'm here and the stuff on the books is here. Still don't have a clue as to what the PBO section does and nobody else really does either. Kind hard to manage the books when they are elsewhere.

I'll keep looking for my chance to go back to an artillary unit. This unit I'm in doesn't even go to the field when they do Annual Training (or so they say).

Some things never change eh:D

When I drilled with VAQ- 309 they had never done a ACDUTR on the boat , my first one with them we went right back to USS Ranger for two weeks .

IIRC I slept in the same rack I had when I was in VAQ-137:rolleyes:

Many years ago;)

Hang in there Chad you know the reserves move sort of slow , just meeting once a month . The books will find there way to you and of course they'll be all hosed up as the last guy MTL was on the ROAD , so enjoy the wait till you get them and have to straighten them out

I'm thinking about trying to plan a staff visit to the other side of the state and take my section with me to meet our Chief and get a chance to look at the books and see what he expects out of our section.
