Excellent stuff Doug!!

Somewhere about I should have some pics of the twins (23 years ago) in nappies out the front totally engrossed in filling each others nappies with mud that they had personally created  :D

Funny how people change though... I remember the hoons all playin at gettin grotty and shovelling as much of ANYTHING that was squishy and revolting as they could find snails worms whatever straight down the gob... and playin naked in the mud and dirt without a care in the world and being healthy as hell

Now as Im older and have my first grandhoon to muck with along with several neices and nephews kids Ive noticed that THEY dont let their kids get dirty... PERIOD!!!... we had 2 of them over on the weekend one is almost 12months old and the other the same age as Lukas 6 months and neither of them had felt the joys of mud squishin down their nappies or even between their toes! neither have enjoyed the ultimate fun of shovelling gobs of googey squishy green stuff into their little gobs... not once!

So were out the front on the lawn and theres little Lukas shovellin and splashin and generally eatin everything in sight and havin a bloody ball... and theres these two little girls on mummys knees!! you could see them bustin to get down and dirty you could see them squirmin to get in amongst it with Lukas... but no "you dont want to get dirty do you darling" mum says and holds the kidlet tighter!! when the babes screamin in frustration "LET ME AT IT DAHMNIT!!!"

So I quietly got possum to get the girls to head inside with her to help make lunch while I looked after the little hoonberries "no problems" says I... with a glaring eye from both mothers they hessitantly agreed under strict orders "DONT you dare let my baby get dirty Uncle Shane"... "no no never not I" says I in my most innocent of ways... so no sooner had they buggared of inside than both babies were stripped down to nappies and bums hit the mud!!! WHAHOOO!! shoulda seen these two go nuts there was mud to every oriface and wrinkle known to man! they had a friggin ball :D... three babes covered in mud leaves gunk and whatever just like that!! man did I ever get in the shyte though  dont think either of my neices will ever trust me with their daughters again sigh :o BUT it was worth it!!! :D

Mind here the 12mth old one is held so much she still doesnt walk or crawl for that matter... over protective to extremes in my view ooh she cant get on the floor there may be germs or she might hurt herself  and as a consquence I reckon its why shes always crook! I reckon every girl and boys gotta have some mud in their life they gots to get muckin about with the gooie stuff

Love the pics Doug!! Shes a cutie!

You have to kind of keep an eye out on those sandy spots because cats like those places as well.
