The first Guard live fire of HIMARS. We were at Ft. Campbell @ Indian Mound. The first battery to fire was Alpha, my battery.

Lee, lanyards are old school and went out with tubes. A crew of three is inside the cab and has an arm switch and a fire switch.

yeah, but if you've seen the Pumpkin Chucking Contest you'd see it was no match for the close in fight,,10#white pumpkins coming in on a flat trajectory for 1100 ft or maybe one of the air cannons for the long lob.
