How does one clean out the cookies ? When you log out WBF sez it has deleted / cleaned all cookies , more "cleaning " is needed?

The new forum has always loaded slower at least on this end . I figured it was /is because more threads come up each time , is there a way to limit the # of threads that show ? In th C/P?

Traffic vs. available bandwitdh and I'll bet neither NW Arkansas or Whidbey Is. have a lot of bandwidth to start with (NAS Whidbey Is. will have it's own dedicated "pipe" and satellite links).

I've noticed it here too, and my viewing is out of phase with your busy times.
I wondered whether the increased use of pictures in posts starts clogging things up.

So DSL is different in the country than what you city slickers have ? Sez I have 100.0Mbps local connection , not sure what band width

My dial up is so slow that I haven't noticed much of a difference.. I only allow the last weeks threads which helps. I have been getting a lot of "page unavailable" notes the last couple of days. Unable to open Smalsers link in the safety thread. Obviously others have not had the problem.

I'm on dial up too . I shut off the Avatars and Signatures in an effort to speed things up .

Okay...this morning I timed it and it took 2 seconds from the time I clicked on the thread title to its loading...last night it would have taken about 45 seconds... (maddening)
