IIRC it was about 11:AM on a Sunday morning when Mt.St.Helens blew the last time.

We felt it up in Anacortes. By the next day white ash was over everything outside.


I just worry if Rainer blows!

Gonna be some mess after that one.

Surly not! Then again, maybe there are tsunamis in the magma?

I seem to remember a prediction, maybe 3 or 4 years ago, of an increased period of seismic and volcanic activity world-wide from a group that monitors such things. Certainly been enough north of us.
