Fifteen years ago we discovered a great dentist. When my son had to have six teeth pulled (some permanent) for orthodontic work Mike loosened them and than gave Geoffrey the pliers and guided him to yank them out. Imagine, a 13 year old pulling his own teeth. When I've had BIG fillings, root canals, or, like today, an extraction, he numbs me up ("you won't have any feeling here for a month!"), carefully begins his work ("Are you OK? This isn't supposed to hurt, so let me know if you feel anything."). He keeps up a running comentary on what he's doing, etc. Only dentist I've had where I can fall asleep while the anesthetic is taking effect. Does little jobs, no charge. Our wives were in the same birthing class, our kids have gone to the same schools. What a sweet guy, what a blessing he's there.

Believe me, I have not slept at the dentist for the past three weeks.
