Looking for trans recommendation

I've just aquired a westerbeke W21 3cyl engine to replace well worn gray in my H-28. The only thing I need is a transmission and bell housing. Would anybody know what trans I should be looking for?Also at what ratio.The boat wieghs 13000 24wl 29loa. I assume the engine 21hp. The engine a gen right now.
I've been having some trouble looking for transmissions and not really knowing what to look for is even harder so anything would help

Why not use the transmision, shaft and prop that you have?...with the help of an adapter, it should work...

2 to 1 should be fine, I would think, but I don't know what links up with westerbeke... probably a hurth of some sort... call your local marine engine rebuilder and see if he has anything kicking around... and check the westerbeke web sites to find what bell housing to use... someone's going to have a used one hopefully.

The gray shares the oilwith the engine so this could create a problem. It may work though with the right bell housing
If you know of any site with used parts I'd be grateful. I havn,t had much luck finding anything promising
