This last weekend my son John helped David install all the new bits in his newish computer. In just four (or five) short hours we ate Thai food and installed a new processor, memory and DVD burner in a slightly used but reliable chassis. The Meerkat computer fund also stretched far enough for some flash memory. My thanks to all of you who contributed so long ago. The account is now closed out, although Meerkat chugs along.

For the record, he seems cranky enough to live forever. I don't believe what he says about being sick...
