White Lead Paste

Researching white lead paste today I had a nice trip down WBF Memory Lane.

Reading the different threads, it was good to see the chemist's brilliance (and wit); Cleek's to the point contributions; and the occasional bit of experience from Scott Rosen and dasboat.

Then (and I was refreshing my memory on what to use to bed the ballast keel) I came across this thread:
