Really nice looking boat, Mitchell. What is the design and powerplant? A friend recently completed one of a similar but smaller design for a client and unveiled it at the Mahone Bay Wooden Boat Festival last August. A pic to satisfy Wild Dingo's insatiable lust for boat porn:

Did you restore, or build?

Nice photo of the outboard runabout. The boat we built is Ken Hankison's Biscayne 22 built to 23 feet. The power is a small-block chevy that has yet to be plumbed. The boat's not completely wired yet, gotta get a windshield from somewhere, etc. We figured it would take us three years when we started the project in 1995. most of it turned out just like we planned. there are certainly things that aren't perfect. that's why we have to build more boats. regards ,mitchell in CT

Chester,
She's a beauty! I wish I had known that you lived so close (I'm in Hebron). I would have been glad to help out or at least gawk at the process.
I'm currently building a 24' fan-tailed launch and in a few months I'll need to turn the boat over (at least twice).
I'd be interested in the crane company, costs, etc.
Thanks
Larry

Mitchell,
I've been waiting for this posting to come along, then when it does you give us just a peek. What I can see looks great. C'mon show us some more...please? I'm glad to see things are coming together.
I'm with Larry: if you ever need a hand let us "neighbors" know and we'll pop on over and help. (or maybe stand around drooling over the boat and generally get in the way :D )

Perverts. :D Yes Shane, notice the flowing strans of grain into the nicely tucked railing to the conforming tumblehome transom. My oh my.
