Is it me or does it look like this boat is being built of standard 2x lumber?

            I don't think it's just you....
One of the most enduring qualities of an old wooden boat is the smell it imparts to your clothing.

I say, How many illegal imigrants (mexicans) does it take to build a boat?

                Wait till Cleek sees this.
Simpler is better, except when complicated looks really cool.

Didja look at the rest of the construction photos? They kept piling wood into that monster. 'Course, I wouldn't know if it was in the right places...

He probably thinks that's OK because the joints are staggered to very the next frame. Oh! the plywood must hold it all together, must be a good system because there is no staggering of the joints in the sheets of plywood either.

Exsplain to me why a boat that size has enough power to come up out of the water and to plane like a ranger bass boat.

What does he have in it, 5,000 horses?
How many gallons to the mile?

Blowed if I know. There's nothing on the web site about power.

I'm bettin' Oyster would know... Hint, hint?
