View Full Version : progress pics on sand down to bare timber

What a helleva job, sanding the hull back to bare timber four coates of redlead primer, two coates of barrier coat, (chloranated rubber) three coates of top sides enamel and four coates of antifoul.

yeh it's a cray boat, Cayzer built 1961, fishing the waters of Bass Striat.jarrah hull. :D

I met a lot of crayfisherman at Strahan and if you ask them about their engine they either say "Gardner" or "It's not a Gardner" smile.gif

Yep, it's a 6LX Gardner :D
burns approx. 6-8lt cruising @ 10knots
