I'm having difficulty finding the right epoxy here in Thailand. I have already mistakenly bought a gallon of polyester resin. I've come across a product called EPICLON 850 which is a epichlorohydrin-bisphenol A epoxy resin. It sells for about $80 for 2 gallons (epoxy 1 gal + hardener 1 gal). Does this sound like the right stuff?
Thanks
Brett

Brett, Welcome to the Forum, Brother.
Nice hard epoxy. Just check your hardener quantities, though. Have a look at the resin, and see what the recommended hardener quantity is.
Put the chemical name into a 'search' and, see what you find.
Warren.
ps, Consider taking the polyester back. How long have you had it?

only a handful of epoxies can be shipped Non-hazmat (sent by air)
Bio Seal 192 is one of them to consider if ordering from the USA
