O darn an damm . O well if this is the dumbest thing I do during the building of FLOOZIE I suppose I’ll be ok . It never dawned on me when I built the setup jig that the base was to wide ,so I guess I’ll be spending some time in the moaning chair . or mabey I could give her really big hausa holes. Boy do I feel dumb. No need for you guys to comment on that last statement, but somehow I know you will go-ahead give me your best shot I can take it.

Looks like a little last-minute fine tuning with a sawzall will fix you right up!

Looks like you have plenty of gusset there. Trim as necessary Do the same thing to both ends and call it the plan.
