I was stuck aboard Galatea (the red cold moulded sport fishing boat) for most of the weekend, so couldn't attend forumite lunch. I had hoped some of you would stop by to get acquainted. I know most of you are purists, but cold moulding is not contagious. Anyhow, all is forgiven and I hope to meet you sometime. My vote for best boat goes to the Fenwick Williams catboat. I sat across from her all weekend and fantasized retracing Henry Plummer's trip in "The Boy ,Me and The Cat".
I don't know from cold moulding, but I love fishing boats. Got some pics of your boat to show us?

I'm sorry. I had everything mapped out and printed so I could be sure and catch up with folks, and all three days I left my notes back at the hotel. :(
Regrets for missing the chance to meet you and see your boat and apologizes for being rude and walking by in my pineapple and vodka (don't ask  ) haze.

I came by a couple of times and you were busy with what looked like live prospects. Can't interrupt that!

I posted on the other thread that every time I saw you you were deep in conversation. I did wave, though. smile.gif Sorry I missed your talk. Actually, I missed all the talks. :( There's always next time.

Donn, I am not competent enough with the computer to post pictures. I could consult with my son for guidance. However, since I do this boatbuilding for a living, I'm not sure that posting pictures wouldn't be self promoting. Maybe some of you could educate me as to the protocol. Sorry I missed you Steven. Maine Boatbuilders show is just around the corner. Summer in Maine is far to short. Anyhow, I'm glad so many people enjoyed the show.

If you did have some digital pictures and could figure out how to e-mail them to me there is nothing in the rules that says I can't post them, right? :D

Me and the wife attended for the first time and had a blast. We sailed at Arey's Pond on a 14' cat, Mystic Seaport on the 20' Crosby cat, and Newport on the Aderondak(spelling?). Between the 2 of us we took about 300 digital pics. My vote is the Fenwick cat also, but I am a little biased. We were invited on board the cat Friday eve and took some good close ups. I will share some pics with anyone interested.
