Covey Island/John Steele

I wuz aboard Covey Islands new "Ticonderoga" just after lunch and had an eyeball with John Steele. Beautiful boat, kinda narrow and rather small for her overall length but a beautiful boat nontheless...It's Herreshoff at any angle.

Dunno...he had some "potential clients" so I headed fer the parking lot.....my attentian span is really short these days and I had someone to drive me both ways so I didn't diddle around much...also little critter wuz left home and when I go out the door without her she has a tendency to crawl into her little corner and sorta cry until I come home...I don't make it a habit to leave her alone or as a shut in for very long....

I wasn't trying to press you Chuck, just being friendly. I think MMD did a lot of design work on that boat. I'm sure John is interested in "potential clients". Glad you get out some, and out looking at boats especially.

Thad...wuzzint feeling pressure....just tired...even short trips wear me out....I'll be glad when the back stabbin' pill rollers izz through with me.......nice boat by the way, but my nickname wuzzint "BEAR" fer nuthin'.....the doorways wuz about 6 inches too narrow fer me to navigate forward.....
