I hope this gets your attention! Not bad for 56+ years! http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid144/p9df23d6f5aa61fd6e400c8e06d2b6342/f67e95fb.jpg.thumb.jpg

Very nice :D Too bad she didnt have oval portlights. They look soo much nicer than those rectangular ones. I know a lot of old Hinckleys and S&S boats had the rectangular ones, I never understood why.

Tim!
I agree with you...Can't ask Henry though! I have not seen too many '48's with oval or round ones. The only ones she has are in the foreward cabin facing foreward.
Have tried to keep as original as possible and have to do what I can

Nice boat, uncas.

I see you've got the photo linking down. That wasn't so bad, was it ?

If you were to edit the photo URLs to delete the ".thumb.jpg" in your first post, the pics would show up real sized.

For some reason the lines look all screwed up in this shot, but they aren't in real life... http://www.morebutter.com/hinckley/interior/outofwater.jpg

Here is a shot of her in the water. This is a 1953 Hinckley 36'

Noah!
Not much difference is there? Uncas is a Sou'Wester 34 though...a smaller sister! But certainly there are very few differences in the interior.
I guess that Henry, once he had an idea, didn't like to change it much!
