im trying to find out info on the alden malabar sr.

Isn't there malabar plans in the WoodenBoat published book series 50 wooden boats - 40 wooden boats etc.? There is a link on this site to boat books, with small prints of the plans.

The "WoodenBoat" plans are for an early version of the "Malabar Junior" - the "Senior" was a little larger, but beyond that I cannot say much as I do ont really know the design.
