Did'nt Gary pick that boat up in one of the Great Lakes? How'd he get to SF Bay?
They certainly look as though they're having a "jolly" ol' time with all that canvas up! Makes me want to have a tot of rum it does.

Canada's loss is SF's gain. Glad you made it, Gary!

But I'd lose the Jolly Roger.

Those squaresails are brailed from the deck. How is that all rigged?

I'm flyin' the jolly roger(non-period, should be red) cuz the 16 foot french ensign ain't very well liked right now with the war and all, so....the brails are really shippy..four per side of the tops'l, each thru a small sheave on the yard and under the leach to a grommet in the sail. Ran out of Spunflex so the main course is rather bereft of proper brails at present. Shipped her in the dead of winter from Canada, still had a frozen glacier in the bilge when I recomissioned her.Yeah, she seems happy to be out of all that fresh water and in good old cold seawater.Plenty of deckspace, stop by for a sail...R-R-R-R :D

Beawdy Gary!! soooo can we expect more pics shortly?? ;) ... really I mean some sorta close up on deck below decks up the main mast from way out on the boom hanging out as you take in a force 8 would be excellent too  ...you know all the good ones :D

Seriously mate shes a bobby dazzler ...you must have had some "moments" on that winter trip or was it clear sailin on the flat bed?

Congratulations, Gary. She looks great and I'm glad to see you're well enough recovered to enjoy her. Do you berth her at Pelican Harbor? All the best, Clint.

Bayboat... Yep, She's in Pelican. I'm the end tie now due to size, but our cannon can clear the seawall at high tide! We affectionately call this 'Pelican's End'. Hoping to get her out this weekend but my elbow is leaking after this last surgery and it depends on how much crew I can muster....
