The volunteer riggers of USS CONSTELLATION in Baltimore's Inner Harbor are sponsoring a Braided Rope Splicing Workshop on Saturday, 10 Jan 2004 from 10 to 2. Participant's should bring a snack for lunch (we're working through lunch to get it all in) and dress warmly (we'll be working at the rigger's bench on the Berth Deck of the ship).
