Smithfield Corp. one of the largest processors of pork products, has announced a 20 million dollar investment in the conversion of pig waste to biodiesel. I shudder to think of the proliferation of new boat names as a result of this new source of auxiliary power. Any ideas from those of you still entrapped by snow?

There is no way you will convince me that biodiesel made from pig waste will smell like french fries.
