Sharpening Stone Question

I've been given a set of Spyderco Ceramic Whet Stones - medium, fine, and extra fine.

I'm unfamiliar with ceramic stones, should these be used wet, and if so what type of lubricant should I use?

Water may help to keep them from loading up but you don't really need it; keep 'em clean with a scrubber and comet or similar cleaning product.

When my ceramic stones get dirty I wash 'em with Bon Ami powder and a fingernail brush. Get's 'em clean as a whistle.
