A quick heads up for all my fellow Scotsmen (and the rest of the world) :D BBC2 on Wednesday September 3rd, the boats from the board of the Godfather of yachting will feature in a short documentary of is work, pity its only half an hour.
Now if only I had a bit of disposable income :D But hey I can dream a bit.

Don't think anyone would argue that both designed and built some extraordinary boats. Both gentlemen created boats that bring me to my knees.

Geez, Dave, ya know I don't want to go agin' ya, but their titles are different, y'know. One was the Godfather, the other The Wizard. We can arrange some form of competition involving sea epithets and drinking of hard liquor to decide which title has the higher rank. <grin>

Stu, want me to stick it on a VHS, you will of course have to get someone to transfer it, if memory serves me well the system on your side of the pond is not compatible with ours.

Stu and Steve, there is also a bit about the boats in the September Issue of Classic boat, and a mention of a Fife boat looking for a new home in need of lots of TLC
