There seems to be more to the deal than just that. His project boat - is colapsing because he has to move house. He has other nice items...

If you read all the way through the listing, there's this:

One more item, free for anyone who's interested -- I have a 37 ft. sailboat bare hull (very fair), classic underbody full keel, definitely blue water, decks integral, needs building. a good project. I cannot do it. Again thats Free, to anyone who wants to move it.

I'm located in Binghamton NY, 45 min. from the finger lakes.
