Pond sailin with Capn Joshy

Awhile back I recall seein young Joeboy makin his youngun Tess a wee pond boat for her to muck about with in their wee pond... well I didnt do that...

Nope awhile back I made a model of a Broome Pearl Luggar... anyways the hoonberrys were out muckin about in the creek and pond today with their cousins who came to check out the new kingdom

Anyways Aaron had found the luggar amidst the gear in the c-tainer and bought it out to become a bit of a feature in the new garden...

So there we were sittin around yarnin and enjoyin the day... listenin to the laughter of the hoonberrys playin happily over the way...

Now Cinty came tearin back digmal camera in hand gigglin her pretty noggin off at somethin "DADDA YOU GOTTA SEE THIS!!" So I ask what as one does... and she hands me the camera I check the stored pics out and heres what I found

A couple of boat pirates Capn Joshy an First mate Samuel havin captured me luggar from the garden without bein seen were settin sail... eerr they had ripped the sails off her... pesky ruddy things anyways eh!

At least we now knew what the blighters were giggling about eh?.. end result for the luggar... one garboard strake in the drink... completely demasted by the girl about to grab it {First mate Samuels sister Courtney}... half the cabin gone and the rudder missing... but! The capn has put his order in fer anothery! An I gots another 2 orders as well... BONUS!! :D end result for Capn Joshy? hes the hero of the family AND some of the local little "babes" who had come to have a sticky beak at the new kids :cool:

But I do think I may use proper timber this time instead of this flamin "balsa" stuff an maybe even seal it so it acturally floats on her bum?? HA! tongue.gif

Ya need some ballast in that thing! Some lead fishing weights should do it. Then a little CPES and she'll be right as rain. :D

mmmm you could be right there Steven :cool: ... but then again its now called the "pond wreck" an Im not one to argue with the little fella specially if I gets to build a couple more! :D
