This is the bow shed that I just finished. I had to make the shed stand on top of a 4' knee wall to get the proper height. The bows are 1X4X16 rough spruce with 2X4 spacers. I have 16' of clearance inside and the shed is 20'X 48'.
There is gravel on top of plasic for the floor to keep the moisture down when she finally dries out.(the boat that is)

Inside is a 40' Munroe Cutter built in 1958. She is strip planked and glassed and appears to be in pretty fair shape so far. The next 2 years will be "fun" to say the least. The last pic is what I hope she'll look like when I'm finished.

Hmm - don't you think the prop should be a bit higher than the keel? That way if you ground you won't damage the prop.
