A documentary film in which a fit young man commits to eat only McDonald's food for 30 days. He must super size if the counter person asks him if he wants to supersize.

He is monitored through the month by 5 health care providers.

This diet provided 5,000 calories per day (twice what he needs to maintian his weight)and in the course of the month he consumes 30#'s of sugar.
He gains some weight but it is other organ and mental functions that surprise the Dr.s.

Guess which five menu items at McDonald's do not contain sugar?

Guess which state has five of the 10 fattest cities in America?

Which super size meal does he hurl out his car window before he can even finish it, the first or the last?

and, conversely, a woman did the same documentary, eating nothing by Mickey D's for a month, but choosing wisely off the menu-

Lowered her cholesterol and she lost weight ...

It's not where you eat, it HOW you eat ...

Too much on ANYTHING is unhealthy- whether it's food, drink, or religion, or exercise.
