Bush - A Good President

Bush I, of course.

He attacked Iraq and defeated their armed forces, with UN permission, with enough troops to do it right, liberated Kuwait, but stopped short of getting the U.S. stuck in a lose-lose quagmire.

He raised taxes in order to deal with the U.S. deficit, even though he risked his political future by doing, because he apparently put fiscal responsibility ahead of handouts for his corporate backers.

I miss Bush...

Claiming to be out of the loop in the Iran Contra affair and the outcome of that lie seems to be the parent that has led to the conception of the MO for the entire dubbya package.

Bold-faced lies, secrecy, contempt for the American middle class and the poor, the use of the military for profit to his buddies..... he was a real pip.
