Absoulutely beautiful. I guess I must fold on that one. You win. I will just have to trade in my brushes for another hoe. Now I must go and eat some surf and earthworms, tomatoes, clams, shrimp, cucumbers, eggplant, corn, bell peppers, and another one of those strawberry cakes. This is the best I can I can do. :(

Yea Donn, we cook them in the corn for spices on the grill. It does dry out as bad. Thats an old southern trick.

This was my morning take for lunch. It is all organic square foot gardening. Been eating from it since about first of April. I didn't add in it the fresh red potatoes that we just dug up, too.

MM - I wish!

VIQ = Cudacatcher - 1937 60' John Alden built by Robert Jacob, City Island, New York

http://www.sailingwithsarah.com/Pic/Cuda1.jpg

Dave posted some pictures in People and Places a while back. He did a survey on the boat and was trying to locate information on who might of done the carvings. Every panel in the main salon has a different sea creature. Even the trim boards around the overhead hatch are carved.

Are you able to go back through the previous owners or maybe their families to locate any modifications to the boat and find out if it was built like that or added in another yard?

Great Boat, Concordia! And great garden, Oyster! So, you do come up from 20,000 ft sometimes!
Here's our garden from a year ago. We're not doing anything but flowers and bushes this year.

I don't know if you can make out my trompe l'loeil cat and monkey on the fence or not. And of course, the sun. A bit of foolishness on my part that I couldn't resist!

And completely off the subject, but just because it's pretty, here's the New River at the foot of Gauley Mountain in WV. We took this pic on our honeymoon.

Beautiful shot Sue. And I can see the monkey and cat in the past. The thing about the gardens style, we only weed the first week to ten days and then after that we sit by in the rocking chair and sip mint juleps and watch it grow. :D

Speaking of honeymoons, I see 9/20/00. Well I must ask one more thing here and that be have you finished removing the pennies from the mason jar yet? :D

I don't know about those phallic symbols - esp. the green one with the fork, but the sailboat on the rocks I'd find a place for.

BTW - I'm not folding, just considering the next move...
