Take a break from the political C&Ps, and go on a kamikaze ride on Paris' ring road. WARNING: Not for dial-ups nor the faint of heart. And no, I definitely DO NOT advocate this kind of riding.

This is a slightly more sane video. Jump on a BMW K1200S with expert rider Markus Barth and ride the Nürburgring Nordschleife as he touches the track record.

The first clip is sheer foolishness. Nice driving, mind you, but stupid.

The second clip makes me think to myself, "Can I play, too?" I'd like to try to see if I can complete the circuit in twice the time at half the speed and still have dry underwear. :D

mmd the first video as the driver approached 250k/h he started to get sloppy. He took the shoulder escape a few times. DUMB

Second video much better control at speed.

Wish I could watch these (stupid dialup  ).

When I was a kid, my friend Charlie and I used to ride our (pedal) bikes on the Paris peripherique. I also remember playing bicycle tag on the Place de l'Etoile.
