I just checked my e-mail and this apeared.........

Now, for starters I am neither and I NEVER have typed my CC number on this or any other computer.

What would you do?

What Donn said...then delete it from your trash folder, too, then empty the recycle bin, just in case.

Email anti-virus software has to be one of the most successful scams ever perpetrated upon the buying public! :D

Donn I ran the up to date AVG antivirus scan, no infected files. Also ran the Adaware scan and found 18 bugs, got rid of them. I will delete the email and call the bank tomorrow to see if there is a charge.

That seems to be a good idea, and I will check, but to do that I am guessing that I would at some time have to type on my puuter my acct number, and so far I dont like that idea, even if I do have the doors, winders, dryer vent and the chminey blocked for others entering. Guess I just dont trust the crooks to stop at whatever block is created by the firewalls etc.
