Dang, Quicktime...Last time I installed Quicktime it put so much extra crap on my PC (icons everywhere, automatic start-up at boot time that was very hard to shut off, and on and on) that I vowed to never install it again. Sadly, a lot of video on the web seems to only be in Quicktime so one of these days I will probably break down and install the damn thing again. All the crap with Quicktime does kind of make you wonder if this was Apple's attempt to get revenge on PC users...

Pretty neat film. I've never been. My wife and kids have been a couple of times, but I tend to stay away from cities. I get claustrophobic, sort of. I would like to see Southport Seaport.

My wife's niece graduated from SUNY-Purchase and NYU and lives in Manhatten. She loves it.

Still a damn big place, though.

Some of the best talent in the world is busy making television commericals--for the same reason that Willie Sutton robbed banks.

Is there a solution...?

Pull the goddam' plug...

Did it years ago...never been sorry.

Brad what did you think of the commercial ?

How many people got that the painting shown in the section My private side were Robert De Niro's fathers. His dad was a famous west village artist?

martin that was funny in any language :D I loved all of them :D

I've been tickled by the ad that shows a grandmother who thinks she's taking family Christmas photos by holding a stapler up to her eyes and 'clicking'. The looks on her childrens, etc. faces are priceless.

I must confess, although this is not PC that I could find myself pictured in the spot.

As someone that spent a lot of time in NY up until 2000, I loved it.

It really captured/set a mood ... emotion.

Certainly, I did not get every detail, and am not concerned about getting them ...

I like the flow, the lighting, the scenery ... the subtleness ... well done spot to be sure.

 ad, I've been to NYC a number of time, I've always enjoyed it.

My favorite recent as was the "Corvette Dream" ad, with the little kid driving a brand new Vette. GM pulled it after they were told it was too controversial. :(
