Lovely launch! Electric powered too!
What design is it?
I noticed how you cheated on making an awning by unstalling an umbrella (I had thought of doing the same thing!).
Congrats - looks like some fun-on-the-lake for you.

Oh, VERY nice. That's Phil Bolger & Susanne Altenburger's "Lily" design, right? The umbrella's very cool.

Very nice. I love that horizontal sail. It doesn't matter which way the wind blows, just set it and forget it

Thanks everybody. Yes, it's Bolger's LILY Electric Launch. She is basically stitch & glue plywood. The hull is sheathed with dynel & epoxy. Paint is Kirby's. The cover is made out of Top Gun; a very tough waterproof fabric. I had a local guy make that & the cushions. The umbrella is from Lowe's!
Thanks for the comment on the house. We were obviously inspired by Colonial Williamsburg. The gambrel section in back is a replacement after we had a BIG fire in June of '99 It was right after that that I discovered this forum & it gave me great consolation and diversion during a difficult time.
Now that I have this photo thing down I am going to post pics of the rest of my fleet. Rick

I shut my eyes and have visions of Meander ghosting along a placid lake. Sun ablazing. Comfortable in the shade, beverage in hand...............
Damn, I feel better already.
