So, I'm procrastinating.

Try Googling your name. You could be surprised by what you find. Apparently there's a Grade B movie actor with my name, but I can't find his image. None of the below are me, but they share my name.

Harry Miller

1.950,000 hits. None of them me. Not even:

In 1894, at the age of 19, the restless and strong willed Harry Miller left home and moved to Los Angeles to become a foundry foreman. ...

Sounds like the first line of a story. smile.gif

"Jeff Hackborn" produced 238 hits.

3 - Pertained to me (Our school's website, a LON-CAPA publication, and the minutes from a school board meeting that I presented at.)

4 - My mother, she teaches at a community college.

2 - Box scores from my cousin Neil's baseball games. (He played college ball)

The rest belong to a couple of distant relatives of mine. One worked for Hewlitt Packard and Microsoft, and his daughter is a software developer.

No pictures of me.

Apparently I'm from Texas, not very stable, and not a very nice person. Here is an excerpt from court testimony against me:

Dr. Milton Williams, who examined Doucet before trial, testified that Doucet has a history of suicide attempts and recurrent depression, and has a propensity for violence and an anti-social personality disorder. Allen testified that Doucet was violent towards her and that, on one occasion, Doucet grabbed her by the throat and threw her on the bed. Allen also testified that, in one encounter, Doucet grabbed her sister, Amanda, by the arms and shook her hard. Doucet admitted to using marihuana up until the time of his imprisonment...

Sounds like I belong in jail

THAT Harry Miller is very famous! Part engineer, part artisan, part industrialist, part con man and all lover of fine machinery. Above all, a man with an eye towards other men who can make it happen.

Many of his pieces grace the Indianapolis Speedway Museum, and very righteously so. The Miller 91 straight eight must surely be one of the most beautiful machines on the planet.

Bugatti himself copied the top end of the Miller racing engines.

Gold Cup history is littered with boats bearing his fantastic engines.

Great namesake,IMHO.

It appears I'm a professor of pharmacology, wrote several books on youth sports, and died of Leukemia at age 20! Also, that I'm "free and clear of the wrongful death lawsuit that hung over his head for the last year. A suit was dismissed that alleged Wilson inflicted injuries to little 4-year-old Pilar Rodriguez of Hollywood, Fla., which caused her death."

Lordy, the things you find out with Google! I seem to get around a lot for a corpse.

I'm retired, and I still maintain my resume. Of course, I can't claim to help Father Shane ring the bells every year, but, be that as it may, you should always have a resume, and it should always be up to date.</font>[/QUOTE]The Father Shane bell comment was unnecessary :( :( :(

The first fifteen hits on the page are all me.

09-10-2004, 06:19 AM
Okay so I used my first name and last name (Robert Smith) and got 8,600,000 hits so l tried first name MI and last name (Robert C. Smith) and got only 5,800,000, so I tried my full name (Robert Chadwick Smith) and it dropped down to 101,000. So I tried my common name (Chad Smith) and it jumps back up to 827,000. So I tried "Chad Smith Tennessee" and only got 151,000. So trying to nail it down further I did "Chad Smith Chattanooga" and still got 37,400 hits. Trying "Chad Smith Chattanooga Tennessee" gave me only 23,200.

Guess I'm a popular guy.

A bit of a weasel, I'd say, Andrew:

Perhaps more base than basel.

I get about 26 hits. Most of them are for a fire bug (fire control officer/fire ecologist) for the BLM in the southwest. Another is a computer animation buff high school student. I think it's cool that he has my name and he's Korean.
