Captain Joe's Excellent Bloody Mary Recipe

I've perfected this recipe over the years:

In a one quart pitcher;

fill 1/3 with Mott's Clamato juice
remaining 2/3 with V8 juice
6 shakes Tobasco
tsp celery seed
2 Tbs Worchester sauce
2 Tbs Lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

Add Ice and a jigger of vodka to a 10 oz glass, top with Captain Joe's Excellent Bloody mix.

Two cups tomato juice
One cup Aquavi
One shot glass lemon juice
tsp Tabasco
Few Grinds of black pepper
tsp horseradish
tsp Worchester

Serves one to four

best bloody mary I ever drank was made in a bar out on goat island in Newport many years ago-bartender added about 12 ingredients to his bottles of tomato juice- I watched him one day but have since forgotten the ingredients and amounts. :(
